Related motifs of God-the-Father amidst putti appear in the upper reaches of several altarpieces executed during the 1560s. The indication of the line of a po-lygonal cornice, however, indicates that this drawing was an early idea for architectural decoration, probably the vault fresco in the Zoagli Chapel in the church of Santissima Annunziata di Portoria.
Possibly early Paggi (Jonathan Bober 5/13/11)
