In this replica of a drawing in the Louvre, the central group of Abraham and Isaac ascending the hill is displaced slightly to the left, and the figure of Isaac is unbalanced. The artist's hand is slower in essential description, like the contours of the figures in the foreground, but impatient in secondary areas, like the left background. While probably still autograph, this would have been the latest of the three replicas.
Possibly by Paggi (Jonathan Bober 5/13/11)
